My transcend 850 mp3 player not showing what to do?

If your MP3 player still has warranty, take it back to the store or get it repair. Try to avg scan all the files on your MP3 player and your laptop as well. There might be a possible virus or a corrupted file that is causing your T.Sonic to froze.

Remove any files that are not in mp3 format. If that doesnt work,download the firmware from http://www.transcendusa.com/Support/DLCenter/Driver/MP650FWV1.65.zip the press reset button for 2 seconds and then connect to system while pressing volume - button..run the updater and click on search devie..follow the instructions in the attached file for more details

Transcend Tsonic 650 2GB mp3 player not starting up and not responding.. When I try to switch on the player, its not at all switching on.When I connect it to my PC, it shows busy symbol on its display and not responding from there on. Also its not getting recognised by PC. Please help me.
