If you want to delete the total contents of the iPad, simply run a factory reset.

Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Contents and Settings.

This is one fast ways go to find my iPhone then wipe the iPhone off .Or go to general then eraise all content (reset) Note this will still not let Enyone use the cloud settings with out the password . I like this because if someone has a stolen Ipad or iPhone there's not much they can do with it and the original owners can still trace there stuff and tell the police where it is .

Forgot restriction code on ipad

If you cannot remember the code at all, this is you last step to get it back:
Make sure that you are backed up to icloud
Then go to Settings/General/Reset/Erase All Content and Settings
After you do this, you will have reset the device to factory settings and will delete all data and content, including songs, videos, contacts, photos, and calendar information.
Next you will restore your device from your last icloud backup. You will have to connect your device to your network again, and put any passwords to email accounts that are added back. But your restrictions will back to factory settings which is off.

How do you permanently delete a previously deleted photo from an iPad 2?

You can delete photos in "Recently Deleted" folder in iPad to permanently delete previously deleted photos. And you can also delete photos in iCloud. In addition, you can still reset iPhone to factory settings to reach this aim. Just follow below steps. You just need to go to "Settings > General > Reset" and then choose the categories you want to reset and then apply it. If you choose "Reset All Contents and Settings", then you will get all the files in your iPhone erased.

Once you tap on "Erase All Content and Settings", you will be asked to enter your Apple ID password. Next, you will see a Popup Message informing you that All media, data and settings will be erased from your iPhone. Click on Erase iPhone to factory reset iPhone 6 Plus.

Ipad2 disabled lost passcoad

You have to restore your iPad to it's original factory settings. Do this by plugging it into the computer that you originally set up your iPad with. Then restore to original factory settings. This will erase all your data but at least you have an iPad.
