There is no UPNP on this router. The best you can do is put it into bridge mode and add a router on the LAN to do port forwarding as it is not possible on the OTN described here.

MA5603T is multi service based while MA5683T is just OLT, MA5603T can support service like ADSL, VDSL, GPON etc, while MA5683T only supports GPON, P2P etc, but their hardware and configuration command is the same.
Note: both can't support AC power, but you can purchase a telecom level AC to DC converter if you just have AC power source.

You will have to go into the router and turn the wireless off. You will need your ip address of the router and the default userid and password to get into the router. The user manual will give you all that.

I would look for a reset button on the bottom of it. It will be very small and probably red. You will have to get a paperclip or something very small to push it in.That should kill the alarm light and allow you to reset it.

To restore the router to factory default settings, select Management ->
