My phone displays sim/ruim is perso locked.what is that?

Hi Bipul, I have no idea which country you're in (I'm in Australia) but I'm guessing you've locked your phone through entering an incorrect pin number 3 times and you now need a Puk code. Ring your service provider as your phone is looked through your sim card and they'll give you the FREE Puk code, Type it into your key pad and your phone will be unlocked... Have a nice day...

Pull the sim out.. Look and see if there's a lock tab u hit when u pulled it out and then inagain..some SD cards have This
