I installed my new Logitech Quick Cam Communicate STX and I lost all the sound on my computer. To recover the sound I do a Restore System. I don't know where is the problem.

I had the same problem just go to control panel and click on sound. after that you will see your speaker system and then a digital sound system (which is for the camera) pick your system. This took me hours to figure out but I set it so the camera uses my speakers.
When in Audio Tuning Wizard ask you to enable RightSound technology just say no. that solves everyting to me.

we have no audio at this computer or at the recieving computer on a web cam call.All indicaters show they are working. We have uninstalled software twice and reinstalled. The vidio is good. We do not know what next to do except return to store and find a differant model.
