SOURCE: Water just trickles thru getting less than 1/2 cup of coffee.

If you haven't descaled it yet, per instructions in the owners manual even if the warning isn't present, try that first. If that doesn't work, get a can of compressed air, and insert the nozzle of the can into the upper nozzle of the brewer, the one that pierces the top of the cup, and give it a blast of air. This will dislodge any crud that is preventing the water from coming thru.

SOURCE: Brewing is interupted and stops. It restarts

Water has been fed back into the main pump. It is at the bottom of the unit. You need to disassemble this and clean the pump out with cleaning alcohol. Once the pump is filled with the cleaning alcohol, shake it around until most of it is out of the pump and then let it dry overnight.

Why does the water giving out less than a full cup?

WHAT IS A FULL CUP FOR THE MACHINE? Just because "your" cup isn't getting filled up doesn't mean the machine is broke. You may be using too large of a cup.

Is prime the same as descale

I knew the paperclip trick, I tried the air shot to reverse the flow of water. After running Vinegar and water through and letting sit overnight. I tried the air blast then make a cup, another blast X 4....though I get a good flow through the K-cup area, I still only get 2/3 cup of water.

Have you tried following the descaling procedure given in your owner's manual? The mineral build-up from hard water can cause low flow, and since the machine pumps for a fixed time this means less water in the cup. Descaling usually brings back normal operation.

When making espresso half way through the pump quits working and display back light blinks with all icons lit. The steamer works fine, it is just when making espresso.

Most likely you will see the problem when doing a single or double espressos and when just producing hot water. All these three functions work based on specific amounts of water. Most likely your flow meter is not working properly. I replaced my flow meter (< $20) and the unit now works fine.

I am getting an error message that says VENTILATE

Try draining the machine. Page 37 of the user manual, Drainage. Place cup under the steam/hot water tube, turn knob clockwise around to 9. If the pump is ok, it will start automatically and start filling the cup. Drain about 1/2 cup of hot water and return knob counterclockwise to start position. If the flow meter is not damaged, the Ventilate message should be gone.
