Can connect my samsung behold t919 to computer

Hey im trying to connect my Samsung behold t919 to the computer using the samsung pc studio but when ever i put the usb in the phone it says new hardware found n it trys to install it but it always fails i dont know whats wrong and i cannot connect the phone to samsung pc studio it doesnt find it...what should i do?

GO TO MENU SETTING SELECT PHONE SETTING THEN GO TO THE USB SETTING THEN SELECT MASS STORAGE PUT THE USB IN THE PHONE. THAN SWITCH THE BLUETOOTH. THAN IT STARTED TO LOAD UP. IT WORKS FOR ME I JUST TRY IT.

    i had the same problem and as i said the bluetooth have to be off then select mass storage then go back to the main screen plug in the usb in the phone and it begins to load up my pic is down load unto my computer. try it a couple times if it don't it really works

I had this problem before, You have to specify what type of USB settings you want. go to phone settings, then USB settings and pick from "PC Studio", "Ask on connection" or "Mass Storage". Make sure you have download all the applicable software from Samsung.com - from the Behold download section.
