Try website like Remotes.com to buy an exact remote to the original remote.Tries tv unplug,replug tv an hour later,the tv will reset itself back to the factory setting,could solved ur problems.

Can you please elaborate problem of tv because LCD tv does not have convergence section nor it got any problem of convergence.
