Offer a free pizza night to your biggest & strongest friends and as they walk in the door tell them they can eat all they want but, they have to move your mixer in return. Most of your larger, well known rental places should have what we call in the business as roller skates or appliance moving casters. They are a tripod type heavy duty caster that is placed under each corner of the mixer and can either be strapped or bolted down. You could also call a local commercial kitchen equip service & install company like Ecolab GCS, they move & install equipment. 800-822-2303

I understand that you want to know about the HP (Horse Power) of a H600, 60 quart mixer and weither it is a single or three phase.
All H600 Hobart mixers are equiped with a 2 horse power motor.
As to wether it is single or three phase you will need to look at the service tag of the machine. If is listed on it weather it is single or three phase.
there are two oils to change. one for the trans. and one for the planetary.the drain plug for the trans. oil should be in back of the planetary take out plug let oil drain ,remove top cover take outstand off where front screw to top cover threads into put new oil in there till you hit line in sight glass on right side of mixer.
You will need to confirm the model number. An H600 or L800 have a wheel to manually turn to raise and lower the bowl. The M802 and V1401 hav a belt driven bowl lift clutch, operated by a lever. When you push the lever up or down, you are engaging a small transmission between the motor and main housing. You would need to remove the top cover and see what's happenning. It may be there is something other than the proper spiral pin joining the lift lever to the clutch input shaft, giving alot of backlash and insufficient selector movement.
I would use the 4 wheel platform dollies and ratcheting tie-down straps to secure it to the dollies. I have used these to move pianos and other larger objects, but make sure that you secure the object to the dolly and get the best one with the biggest wheels that you can find. The bigger the wheel the easier the roll. Not sure how big your doorways are, but if you can use 2 or 3 dollies, that’s what I would recommend. Just make sure that you secure the load with ratcheting straps not just rope. I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue.
