I had a problem with the washer stopping and ND code appearing. We cleaned the pump and found no debris or anything stuck. the wheel inside the pump spins fine. I re assembled it but nothing going. I thought the pump was dead and bought a new complete assembly. I installed it and put everything together. again, ND code appears and no pump noise at all. The washer will spin once I remove and drain all the water. I also tried the quick test mode and when I press the signal key to test the drain pump, nothing happens. I hear no pump noise. I don't know what else to look at.

Check the drain pump itself. But at the same time if your clothes are still sudsy it sounds like it is not going through all the cycles. Almost like it is skipping a cycle

The nd error code stands for No Drain.
Try following the steps here:
http://ars.samsung.com/customer/usa/jsp/faqs/faqs_view_us.jsp?SITE_ID=1&PG_ID=4&PROD_SUB_ID=864&PROD_ID=866&AT_ID=149972
You will need to slide the unit forward to access the pump if there is no access panel on the lower front. If the clean out access panel is on the lower front bail the water from the washer and twist the filter head counter-clockwise. If the front panel does not have the access panel the washer will need to be slide forward. With the washer pulled out the back access panel can be removed. With the panel removed, the drain pump will be visible. Remove the two hoses on the pump followed by the two 7/16 bolts that mount the pump down. With the pump off, you can now remove the debris inside.
Put the washer back together and test for proper operation. If the error code comes back this means that the pump is clogged again or the pump has failed and would need to be replaced.
I hope this information helps you. A 4-thumbs up rating is greatly appreciated. :)

ND means No Drain(ing). First check that the drain hose isn't kinked. Then, check to make sure the drain hose isn't pushed so far down into the standpipe that it is sealed closed. If it is too tight in the standpipe, it will create a siphoning effect. It has to sit freely but securely in the pipe.
