If you scratch the camera you hear it but voice does not come through

One of the voice coils is toast. Take a multimeter and switch to ohms. Measure across each positive and negative terminals and see what each reading is on both speakers. I understand that only one is scratching what you could be getting feedback from the other as well so check each individual voice coil. Hopefully you have warranty. if you want to clean a DVD or CD, never clean the side where the label is (or could be) Rewritable disks often don't have a label, but if you change the topside you could damage the reflective coating of the disk.
So always clean the under side of a disk. you can use a dry cloth and a little water. If the disk has scratches, you could try a scratch removing set, what is used to remove scratches from acrylic surfaces. But the last I only would use if the disk has serious scratches and you are sure the scratches are causing the errors.

I could be getting a problem. If you push down on the very center it shouldn't make any scratching sounds. But if you press down off center you might be rubbing the voice coils along the magnet and thats the scratching you are hearing. When the speaker becomes hard to press down that is when its about to go.

Hello sir, hi there, usually speakers are replaceable if its not working, if the value of your speakers are quite high, you may need to rewind the voice coil, or find a replacement voice coil for it, much better you need to replace the entire unit. Here are some test to confirm if your speakers are busted. 1. get a double A battery. 2. connect the negative terminal to the negative of the battery using a black wire. 3. connect the positive terminal of the speaker to the positive of the battery intermittently with a red wire. 4. you should hear clicks. no clicks it's busted. replace the driver.
test for voice coil free flow. press gently the cone, and feel the free movement, if you feel friction or scratches, replace the driver.

The clunking noise could be the voice coil maxing out hitting its stop or a warped voice coil. How much power is going to the subwoofer. If it only happens when the high volume setting it and not at medium volume the subwoofer may not be able to handle the power. With your hand gently push the speaker cone back and release the cone so it can return to its rest state several times. Do you hear a scratching sound or feel any resistance? If you do your voice coil is damaged if not from physical means it could be from the voice coil overheating. If it is OK shake and rap on the subwoofer box and try to identify any loose parts which could be making noise.

Sounds like the voice coil is damaged on the woofer. If you GENTLY press in on the woofer cone, and release, you should not hear any scratching noise. If you hear noise, the woofer needs replacement.

Sounds like the beginnings of a rubbing voice coil in your MX160. Verify this by trying another set of headphones on your amplifier/MP3 player/etc. If the "scratching" sound disappears then your music source is not the fault. PLEASE REMEMBER...never turn music source volumes up past 60-65% (think of 1:00-1:30 on a clock face). If these setting are not loud enough, use a booster or move up to a unit with more audio output power. On a larger scale...How did I blow my 100 watt speakers with a 50 watt amp? v3 mic problem

I'm not understanding what you mean by the "Sub doesn't even sound blown" if it doesn't play at all. One thing you can check is if you gently push in on the cone you shouldn't hear anything, if you hear a scratching noise and can feel resistance then you have a problem. If you have an OHM meter, you can check the voice coil impedance, it is a down and dirty way of checking to see if it is good or not. Measure all of the voice coils that you have and they should all read about the same, not necessarily exactly the same but pretty close. This test should tell you a lot. If it seems to test out fine there is something wrong else where. Let me know if you need more help.
