I PURCHsed Nero years ago. I would like to install it on my new computer but I don't know how. I have a 24 number given when I bought it. Help
Having a burned DVD sounds like you may have copied the folders from the old computer. You cannot easily re-install software that way. You need either the original installation DVD or a copy of the original DVD. Another suggestion is to borrow a copy of an installation disc and use your own registration number, that may work.

If you have registered your Nero/Nero Express retail /trial version and are unable to locate it , please an e-mail to [email protected] and they will provide you a new one.
Sorry, but if you have not registered your Nero/Nero Express burner and are unable to locate your serial number, they will not be able to provide you a new key!
If you have downloaded a Nero OEM-Version,from a genuine site they will need you to provide a copy of your proof of purchase along with your name and e-mail address.they can confirm the purchase and create a new serial number for you.
