SOURCE: Bread pan jumps off of its fastener clips.

I have the answer to the TR2500BC pan popping off the base!! My husband and I made a loaf for testing the jump off. Ah HAH! I set the pan in, ok. felt it was down all the way. When it started to knead the ball and stop to reverse...it popped off. We looked at the side hook on top. ok. It popped off again. It was when my husband made sure the two tabs on the under side of the pan was in the opposit direction of the two buds in the base. at that point you MUST set the pan down with force until you get that distinctive click, click. Rock the pan front to back a bit as you push down. It has worked every time since I started that process. I make two loafs of bread a week with no problem of it hopping off. ENJOY.

Hello roger...... It is vitally important to be using fresh ingredients since the yeast will deteriorate as time goes on. Go to the store and buy a fresh bread mix to see if that is the problem. If it works as it should great, if not then you have a more serious issue within the workings of the machine itself, most likely the timer. Joe

Hi, The sealed bearing located on the bottom of the bread pan has failed. This bearing is sealed with lubricant to allow the paddle shaft to spin easily. The black stain you see is the lubricating grease. You need a new bread pan. Hank

How do I keep bread from sticking to the mixing paddles on my bread machine

Use less water than the mix calls for. Try 1/4 cup at a time until the dough ball is formed. When you remove the loaf after it's done, let it cool some before taking it out.

Sound like you need new shafts or paddles and I know the paddles can cost $30 each. so think about a new model or buy one at a thrift store and try those paddle or use the machine. I got a great one for $10 . :)

The spindles that you attach the paddles to is leaking a black lubricant or something like that. I was making a simple sweet dough. By the way, I NEVER bake in the bread maker. I only use it to knead the...

Your machine has a lubricating grease that is under the small gasket or washer at the bottom of the pan under each paddle. After a lot of use the little gasket can fail and the grease can get get past the gasket and into your bread. The best thing to do is either replace your pan with what is called a "pan assembly which will include everything but the paddles. If you decide to do that be sure to keep your paddles. The other choice of course is to replace your machine which might not be a bad idea if your machine has been used a lot because you would have a new pan assembly but older parts may begin to fail such as the drive belt. Bread machines aren't all that expensive anymore so you may want to go ahead and replace especially since you just use your machine for making dough.

Paddle stuck inside bread

I have the B2300 bread machine as well and I have encountered the same problem as you. So, I came up with the idea of removing the paddles right after the machine has stopped mixing the dough. Whenever I bake bread at home, I tend to follow the above mentioned solution and it made my life much easier.

I would suggest that you remove the paddles right after the machine has stopped mixing the dough. Hope this helps.
