You don't give enough details. More details would help.

I have a Panasonic IQ PV-IQ403 old palmcorder. I know how to connect it to a TV screen. I am not sure how a camcorder would connect to a computer. Maybe this information can be of help to you. I have separate flap door covering my RCA connections on my camera, located near the battery compartment. I just plug one end of the RCA cord into those connectors and the other end into the RCA connectors on my TV. I have to change the power switch on my camera over to the VCR position (take it off of the camera position). The TV has to be on channel 3 (or 4). I push play on my camera, and I can see what I have recorded on my TV screen.
This might work on your computer monitor. I am not an expert, but this information may be helpful.

NO. Your VCR is not stereo capable (white and red), it is only MONO (white) so only connect the white RCA plug to the white jack. Leave the red cable unconnected.

Can you capture video from the Panasonic PV-L453 to your computer?

If your computer has a composite in (RCA style plug) on your grahpics card you can go from the composite out on the camcorder using the 1/8" stereo plug to audio/video out to composite in on your computer.

I am trying to figure out if there is some sort of technology out there to hook my palmcorder to the computer.. Please help

The only thing you can do with an analog camcorder is to transfer the video and audio from the camcorder to the PC via video/audio capture device and appropriate software. This will convert the analog signals to digital format for the computer to work with.

Panasonic pv-gs15

You need 3 cables Yellow, (Video) + Red & White, (Audio L&R Stereo) Or Mini-DIN, for SVHS Video cable, this is ONLY for Video, Audio, is still Red & White. Or Component, where you have 3 Video Sockets, cables, Green, Red, Blue, All video, all color to color, both ends, and again Red & White for Audio. Sometimes there is FireWire, or HDMI you need a cable and the PC MUST also be equipped, You need software and drivers for FireWire, of HDMI..

Problems hooking a PS1 to a Panasonic 42" tv

your vcr has the yellow, white, and red (RCA) ports but your playstation will not. you have to buy an addapter cable to go from playstation to vcr. http://www.gocybershop.ca/customer/product.php?productid=133&cat=163
btw on your vcr the RCA inputs are not colored (if you have the one in the picture. but just as a guide, yellow=video, red=right(R), white=left(L).

I lost the cord to the computer.

I don't know if you want the AV to Video cable or the DV Interface cable. You should be able to get a mini plug to 3 way (Yellow/White/Red)RCA jacks from any electronics store. The DV interface cable's part number is PV-DDC9 and runs about $45 You can call Panasonic at 800-332-5368 to verify the cable's names and prices.
