My tablet won't charge via the ac adapter. I have left it plugged in for over a day and it still says its dead. The only way I can successfully charge it is via the usb cord with my laptop.
Had the same problem. I plugged in the charger and attached to tablet( does not go all flush to tablet) turned it on and it started charging. Once the first full charge was done, it gets easier to charge. Took me awhile to figure that out.
I used a charger from my Samsung phone. Used the rectangular port instead of the regular port.
