On your sign in there's a (forget your password) click on that and they will send you a temporary password or you can make up a password. This will get you into you front page with all your game apps on it. Then your signed in, just write your password down so you don't forget it. Always have that sheet of passwords close to you so when you have forgotten your password you can look it up on that sheet of paper.
If it is "Your" iPad and was originally registered to only "you", you can contact Apple for a temporary password which will allow you to change it to your own personal password of choice. All Apple devices are registered when sold and first initialized by their new owners.
Go to where you usually login and hit forgot password.
Then go to your e-mail to get your temporary one.

No. There is no factory password. You have to contact Kaser Corporation to get them to unlock it and they will give you a temporary password to get back into it.
