After reset cant get game apps back, tried to unzip file, save and copy paste but still not working. How do I get my games back??? Please help???????

im typing on pc but back to me when i just open games like amung us cant spell it rigth it just says dis game wont work and im mad at nextbook right now so next book give us a reason why games dont work on your tablet

Try uninstalling. App and then re downloading it. Unfortunately you will probably lose any saved data or progress on games. Hope this helps!

try checking with the manufacture, they will usually have like a geak squad to help with those kinds of problems. also try game forums on line .hope this helped

You may have corrupted system files. Factory reset merely re install some of the system files but not the entire OS. It is better to reflash your ROM though the problem may be resolved by reinstalling Google Services Framework.

Try deleting the app completely from your tablet, then reinstall it again. It should them work (Settings -> Apps -> "Slots" -> uninstall

Then go to Google Play and install it again.

I'm not familiar with this particular game, but this is a pretty standard approach to any misbehaving apps. NOTE you will probably lose any save data that went with the game, but at least it should be working again

Firstly do not worry.
Your apps are safe as are your games if you downloaded them from google.
You need to do the following:
Make sure you have a note of your google account details including your login.
Make sure you have the details you need to access the internet, including account, email, login and any access info you need for the router or hub if you are using one.
Perform a hard reset on the device.
Log into the hub if required.
Log onto the internet.
Access your google account and go to 'My Apps'
Re download all your apps and games.

WARNING: a factory reset will erase all the content of the internal memory of your tablet, including all apps, games and files you save in this internal memory. To keep your files, please move it to the external SD card first.

This procedure shall not be done unless you were instructed to do so by the Tech Support or if you want to really restore the unit to its initial state.

After the reset, all preloaded applications and games must be reinstalled. To be able to reinstall all the initial content, please download the preload pack file here.

Once the preload pack downloaded, unzip the file on your desktop to have a folder named "recover", then follow these steps:

1) Go to Settings / Backup & Reset and select the option "Factory Reset". The system will ask you to confirm several times.

2) The tablet will automatically reboot (reboot can take some time after a reset) and start the setup : DO NOT perform the setup yet. On the first step of the setup (language selection), connect the tablet to your computer and copy the folder "recover" on the root of your internal memory. Once the copy is finished, press the Power button of your tablet until the popup message shows up and press OK to turn off the device.

3) Turn on your tablet by pressing the power button 3 seconds : after the loading screen, the device will automatically install all preloaded applications : this operation can take up to 40 minutes depending of the number of apps to installed...be patient and ensure your device has enough power. In case of doubt, make sure it is plugged to the mains.

4) After the installation, the initial Kurio Setup will restart automatically: follow all the steps of the setup as when you initially set it up.

IMPORTANT:
- After resetting and reconfiguring your device, please make sure that the date and time are correct. Some Kurio features, such as the content filtering software, may not work properly if the system shows the wrong date & time.
- if you created profiles and setup the Kurio Store before the reset, it is important to use the same profile name as before the reset so that the account can be restored.

hold down the power button for 2 minutes.
You may have to have an account.

1.) Download the "system.zip" file and unzip (using a program such as WinZip, 7-Zip, WinRAR, etc.) the file.
2.) You will then need to connect the Tabeo tablet to your PC and then select the "Turn on USB storage" option on the screen once it comes up.
3.) After the file has been unzipped it will need to be transferred to the main folder, or "root directory" of the Tabeo tablet. Please ensure that you do not place the "system" folder in any of the folders already in the "root directory".
4.) You will now need to have to go into Settings application (located under the apps list from the top right corner) and go down to "About tablet" and select Start Wizard. Then turn the unit off and on again.
