I found and checked to Contigo web site to try to find instructions on how to best remove the information sheet from a Couture Collection bottle.

Hi Laura,When you reported / blocked her, did you give a reason why you were reporting her as this would be vital information for her to be perminently removed from Facebook... If you have already undergone a lawsuit against her and called the police, the reports should be sent to the facebook team for her to be removed.cheersMichelle

DO NOT use Draino or any other drain clog removal chemicals to clean a washer. It could damage the tub seal, drain lines and/or pump & impeller. If you wish to clean the washer, you need to access the drain pump and remove the drain lines and flush them out. The following link explains how you can access and remove the pump:

I would recommend you UNPLUG the washer and take it to a location where you can flush water through it. Preferrably outside, or in a garage. If you lie the drain hose on the floor and fill the wash tub with a garden hose, simple gravity will flush water through the tub basin, drain pump and drain lines.

NOTE: The drain pump has only one moving part (the impeller). It is a common place for debris to collect. Remove the two drain hoses on the pump to inspect.

If You run this program using another account than that, which was used to install it on 64bit windows, your account registry is missing "Program Directory" setting:

In that case program defaults to search hard coded c:\Program Files\ (instead of c:\Program Files (x86)\ directory)

yeppers...looks like a case of the missing printer. Remove it and add again. I'm assuming it's plug and play. You should be able to browse your network for it, right?
