I just purchased an RCA 50" LED flat screen TV and the screw hole size on the back of the tv is bigger than all the screws that came with the wall mounting kit... anyone else have this problem? How do I mount the brackets when I have no screws that will fit? If I go with a wider screw, it won't fit through the bracket...

SOURCE: What is the screw hole size in back of tv

The screw holes are metric. The set is supplied with M5x25 screws to attach the pedestal, so the wall mount screws will be in that same range.

SOURCE: I was trying to wall mount a 32-inch flat screen.

If you get a slightly larger drill threader bit you may be able to rethread the hole to a slightly larger diameter.

SOURCE: need 4 screws for phillips 42pf9946-12 plasma tv to fit wall bracket

Best way to be sure is call Philips customer service with the model number to get the thread type and length of these--no two sets are the same here---usually most will be available at local hardware stores if Phillips does not sell them(that would be a bit more pricey and take time).

Size of wall mount for GPX LED HDTV

Not sure what you are asking. Are you looking for the screw for the attaching the mount to the TV or the mount to the wall.
If you are looking for the screw size for the back of the TV, it could be metric size M6 or M8. Just be careful of the length. Too long and you will ruin the TV. Maybe google the TV model and it might show in the owner manual the exact screw to use.

PROTRON STAND

Is that a problem? Check the hole size and choose a screw with a head that is bigger than the hole size. Typically select a minimum of 4mm diameter screw.
