contact goodmans and this is listed under flat screen tv sets where it is not likely to get a answer= I would Google the model number with book or such?

Oster manuals are not the easiest to find; here are three; hope one is is for a model similar to yours. If you can find your model number on the botton or back might be able to assist further.

After googling I found an answer!!! I went on the web site www.answerbank.co.uk and asked for the instructions... Someone had already asked the same question... The answer was that breville took over the model and if you ring this number 0161 621 6900 and say you need the instructions and recipes for the breadmaker model breville BR8L which happens to be the same as the Goodman cuisine GBM625-Hinari Domestic H13904, but would suggest you don't ask for Goodmans or Hinari!!! They will send you an email with the instructions and recipes as an attachment.

I have the manuals (Instructions & Recipes) for the HB164 which is, I think, more or less the same as the 174.
