Question moved from Spanish car maker Seat (pronounced See-at). The are categories for nearly every year make model of vehicle.
Impossible to answer without 'year make model', which should be the first three words in every question.
This is a normal optocoupler. Try to replace it by something like 4N35.
The part CQY80NG however has a footprint of 10 mm wide. The 4N35 has about 7,5 mm width. But this is feasble by bending the legs somewhat outwards.
