The MID9740 doesn't have a bluetooth module so you can't connect anything to it by bluetooth.

Smartab 2in1'tablet otebook. Keyboard does not work it is new

If your Smartab 2-in-1 tablet/notebook keyboard is not working and it's new, there are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
  1. Check the connection: Ensure that the keyboard is properly connected to the tablet/notebook. Try disconnecting and reconnecting it to see if that solves the issue.
  2. Charge the keyboard: If the keyboard has a rechargeable battery, make sure it is fully charged before using it.
  3. Check the Bluetooth settings: If the keyboard is wireless, ensure that it is properly paired with the tablet/notebook. Check the Bluetooth settings to see if it is connected.
  4. Restart the tablet/notebook: Sometimes restarting the device can solve the issue.
  5. Contact customer support: If none of the above solutions work, contact the manufacturer's customer support for assistance. Since it is a new device, it may be under warranty, and they may be able to provide a replacement keyboard if the issue cannot be resolved.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab E and the keyboard has stopped working any suggestions please

If it's a hardware keyboard that connects using bluetooth there are several possibilities:

1. The Tab E has wireless crosstalk problems: If you use wifi and bluetooth at the same time they will interfere with each other.

2. Possibly the battery in your keyboard is dead. Charge it or change the batteries.

3. Try unpairing and re-pairing the keyboard in the Bluetooth Settings.

How do i connect wireless keyboard to my philips smart tv

If you have bluetooth on the tv then there should be an option to search for the device you wish to pair with in the settings on the tv. If you don't have that option then you would most likely need to purchase a bluetooth adapter to plug into your tv in order to connect your keyboard

Trying to pair my apple bluetooth keyboard with viewsonic 7 tablet using easy connect

Sorry to hear/read this really.
One thing you've got to know and as a matter of fact acquaint yourself with is this-

Original Apple OS devices, gadgets and equipments DO NOT readily pair or connect with Android OS based devices, gadgets and equipments.

With time, maybe someone can find a way round to resolve this impasse but at the time, its best you save yourself all the aggravations.

Make use of your maplin keyboard instead.
