They all set pretty much the same. Here is the general walk through from the Cole site:
Press the lower left button on the Kenneth Cole digital watches to cycle through the various modes. Press it three times to get into time mode (the face should be blinking). Press the upper right-hand button to change the seconds. Press the lower right-hand button to select the minutes.
most watches with one knob have a duel action on that knob
the first click is the date section , pull it out a bit further to a second click and that is the hands movement
when set to right date and time push the knob all the way back in
first, unscrew the stem lock. Then you can pull it out to the first
"click". That is the "manual wind mode" if for some reason the
auto-wind is not working due it has run all the way down. Pull it out
again. That is the time set mode. The next "click" (pulling it out
again) is the date set mode. Once you have them set, push the stem back
in (past all clicks) and then re-screw the stem back to the lock
position.
There are 2 buttons on the right side, depress the round button with a pointed object (like a pen nib) twice. The date alone should display then you advance the number buy the upper square button. To get to the next option from date to month to hour etc...., depress the round button again (once) and continue 'til your done.
There are 2 buttons on the right side, depress the lower round button
twice with a pointed object (like a pen). Only one number should
appear (month) advance if desired with the top square button. Depress
the round button again (once) to advance to next number and advance,
continue this until you complete the settings.....
for a watch face that has a day of week, date, and moon calendar: There are two click points on the set-pin. pull out 1 click to access date/moon calendar; spin clockwise to set the moon calendar. spin counterclockwise to set date.
pull out pin 2 clicks to set time, just like any other watch
