Machine lost power during a drying cycle.so i checked power to plug sockets and changed the fuse in plug but still no power.
THE MOTHERBOARD MIGHT HAVE FUSED OUT , NORMALLY YOU HAVE TO TAKE THE TOP OFF AND LOOK FOR A FUSE NORMALLY A 4amp LOOKS LIKE A GLASS FUSE LET ME KNOW

May be the Bearings.Open door and try moving drum, hold at top of drum and pull foreword and back if drum loose main bearings gon. Replace bearings.

check the drain hole when you start the machine if the water is coming back out , if yes that means your dump valve is bad.

i had a similar problem with a zanussi machine
a cheap bracelet got washed with some clothes and it found its way into the drum housing jamming the drum.
it may have been cheap to fix, but i just got rid of it cos it was 4 years old anyway
i now have a zanussi ZWF1231W just past its 1 wear warranty that has just died completely except for an "on indicator light"
the store inform me that i will have to pay the zanussi engineer a Euro 90 call out charge, plus labour costs, plus parts if needed.
im a little bit disappointed with zanussi to say the least

fabric conditioner is dispensed during rinse cycle, if it does not work then either, try pouring hot water into dispenser, as conditioner tends to get goopie when dry, thus may have clogged up
