SOURCE: Hi! i have a life fitness 9500HR treadmill and it

Unplug the treadmill . Remove front cover. On the right hand side if you are facing the front - in the siderail is a white switch that tells the treadmill it is all the way down. Check that it is in place and clean.
If you plug the treadmill in.{Do not touch any thing in the motor compartment} When you press start it should go all the way down [home] to contact the switch. You can also see the lit motor turn at this time before the belt will move it must be all the way down.

My Reebok Jet 200 is stuck at an incline

If your Reebok Jet 200 treadmill is stuck at an incline and you are unable to lower the incline to the 0 position, there are a few things you can try to fix the problem:
  1. Check the incline motor and make sure that it is properly installed and functioning. If the motor is damaged or not functioning properly, it may be causing the incline to remain stuck.
  2. Check the incline control board and make sure that it is properly connected to the incline motor and other treadmill components. If the control board is damaged or not functioning properly, it may be causing the incline to remain stuck.
  3. Check the incline cable and make sure that it is not frayed or damaged. If the cable is damaged, it may be causing the incline to remain stuck.
  4. Check the treadmill's belt and make sure that it is properly aligned and tightened. If the belt is misaligned or loose, it may be causing the incline to remain stuck.
  5. Check the treadmill's power supply and make sure that it is properly connected and functioning. If the power supply is not functioning properly, it may be causing the incline to remain stuck.
If you have tried all of these steps and are still having issues with the incline on your Reebok Jet 200 treadmill remaining stuck, you may want to consult a professional for further assistance. A treadmill repair technician will be able to diagnose the problem and recommend the best course of action to fix it.

We have Lifefitness 9500HR Treadmill. I am getting a Bad Controller Error. We have two 9500HR models. I swapped out Controller, with working 9500HR and still get Error. Keeps going into Notify Maintenance....

I would suggest swapping the consoles to see if the problem follows. If this does not help you figure it out, you are more than likely looking at a wiring issue.

I have 9500HR Treadmill Lifefitness, Lift keeps increasing when pushing the down button.

RUN the software calibration for easy diagnostic and fix it. Go under the HOOD motor, and follow the steps.
The Steps for Newer Style Console Calibration:
  1. Locate the calibration area on the rear or underside of the console (a hole, near the console's center, that goes through to the electronics board. (This hole should not have a screw in it.)
  2. Insert a pencil (eraser end), into the hole and feel around for the cal button (will click when pressed).
  3. Press the button 2 times (with the pencil eraser). The first click should show CL11 in the console, the second click should show CL21.
  4. If the process was done correctly, and CL21 appears in the console, you are in "calibration mode." The next few steps consists of pressing buttons on the console and observing settings. This will not require any other tools.
  5. Press ENTER. CL22 should display in the TIME window and (??) in the SPEED window.
  6. Press ENTER. CL23 should display in the TIME window and (??) in the SPEED window.
  7. Press ENTER. CL24 should display in the TIME window and (??) in the SPEED window.
  8. Press ENTER. CL25 should display in the TIME window and (??) in the SPEED window.
  9. Press ENTER. CL26 should display in the TIME window. You should then see the letter "E."
  10. Press ENTER. You should see "SS" or "55" in the console.
  11. Push the STOP/START button. For safety, at this point, you should step off, or be off, the treadmill.
  12. Push the ENTER button. The walking belt should start to move, accelerate to maximum speed, then stop on its own.
  13. When the belt stops, the incline should self test by raising to its highest incline position, then lowering back down to its lowest position.
  14. Once the incline test is complete, push the POWER button 2 times. The unit should shut off and the console should go completely blank. If this happens, the treadmill is done calibrating and is ready for use.
If the letter "F" appears in the SPEED or INCLINE window when the power button is pressed 2 times, the treadmill is indicating a failure somewhere either in the SPEED or INCLINE (depending on the window the "F" appeared in). Troubleshooting the failure would be the next step.
God bless you

Get back into System test hit enter it will automatically to a check once completed. Then go to Lift motor module Go to manual incline and go to maximum incline then to 0 incline then get out of system test unplug unit for about 30 seconds. Then plug unit in if this does not work the limit or home switch may be the culprit
