ACTUALLY IF YOU HAVE THE I386 FOLDER ON YOUR HARD DRIVE JUST COPY IT OR BURN IT TO ANOTHER DRIVE OR CD AND YOU HAVE THE INSTALL FILES. YOU COULD JUST BOOT IN SAFE MODE THEN SELECT THE "NO" OPTION AND RUN A SYSTEM RESTORE BASED ON A SAVED RESTORE POINT. OR AS STATED ABOVE USE SOMEONE ELSE'S CD WITH YOUR CD KEY THEN GO GRAB YOUR DRIVERS..
You should be able to reinstall from another XP Home Edition OEM CD so if you know someone who has a computer which came with XP Home Edition preinstalled you should be able to use their Cd, you'll still have to download the drivers for your pc though.
