If your movie on your computer is in VOB format then Nero will burn it to a DVD which you can view on any DVD player. If the files are in another format you'll need to first convert to VOB format. If you need file conversion software there are many available for purchase and download, not very expensive, in the $25-$45 range or so. You can download most for a trial use to see which you like best, which does the job you need.

I guess that this file is from a VCD? If you just burn that file onto a CD as a data CD it should play in your DVD player. The AVSEQ01.dat file is already a (S)VCD file. It is in MPEG format and should be playable on a DVD player as is. Alternatively you can import the file you want to burn into nero vision. Once it is imported then choose to export the file as an MPEG file or burn direct to DVD. Please update the question & let us know if the information given was useful to you - Good Luck!
