SOURCE: i have a linksys wireless g broadband router and i

Set up your router as normal so that it connects to the Internet and you can use it with a Lptop and then set up the player to connect to that WiFi cell. Should be straightforward. Just be careful that the level of encryption you choose for the WiFi (WEP/WPA) is compatible with the Player. You don't give any specific model for the player so cannot check for you.

SOURCE: blinking lights? not connecting

Is the power light blinking??

checked the power adapter and make sure that it is properly plugged in and working fine.

if it is ok, press the reset button on the back of the router for 1min, let go of the reset button and power it down for another min. if lights are still blinking, it may be defective

SOURCE: I am installing this wireless

Make sure that your computer is able to go online directly through the modem.
If your computer is able to go online through the modem, that means the modem is working fine.
You will need to connect the computer to the router and the modem to the router.
open the set up page of the router and change the settings of the router according to the ISP.

How do I get captions on y netflex movies I get them om all of my other movies

Does Netflix support captions on their content? Typically the device settings (the TV in this case) only displays captions if they are provided by the source (ie cable tv provider, a bluray disk, satellite content, etc). If Netflix does not stream their movies with captions in the content, then your tv (or device) will not be able to display it.

I had to upgrade my internet modem, and now no netflex on tv

Make sure the router connects to the new modem. You may have to power down reset both the modem and the router.

WRT120N Linksys router will not connect to Vizio Wireless Blue Ray Player. Need to lower the security to connect to Blue Ray Player.

If anything it's the other way around; the blue ray player needs to connect to the wireless router / access point. Can the blue ray player be configured to work with a WEP/WPA/WPA2 secured network? Check the owner manual or go through the setup menus to see if there's a way to set up a new wireless network and configure the password for your wireless network on the blueray player. The other thing to check is to see if the router is filtering based on MAC address. You can probably disable that feature without losing much security since MAC addresses are easily spoofed.

Just purchased a Vizio 37" HDTV with Netflix app

The Vizio does not have Internet capabilities. You need to hook up a computer via the VGA or HDMI port. Then youor computer controls what you do with the intenet.
