SIMPLE & EASY TIPS EXERCISE IN OUR HOMES: For warm-up Get a piece of rope to be used in skipping rope, we can do this in indoor and outdoor, or jogging without forwarding, or any way you know for warm-up, Then you may push-up, You can also use your dumbell or any Fitness equipment for 30 minutes or up to 2hours, Do this in your own place in time for at least 3 to 4-times a week?

Note; Make sure that your stomach is not full, Before you exercise, & after your exercise do not immediately eat allow at least 30 minutes before you eat.
