MMS Proxy: 216.155.165.50:8080
MMS Max Message Size: leave blank
MMS UA Prof URL: leave blank
Once entered, reboot your iPhone.
Go to Messages. There you will find the sweet little camera icon to the left of the text input box.

Yes! there was upgraded software I just downloaded on itunes site this morning and FINALLY you can forward a text msg now! Just log in to itunes and download the updated software.
