Error=126 failed to add printer driver

This problem happens when you are trying to share printer between 32 bit (x86) and 64 bit (x64) Windows. The 32 bit driver not compatible for 64 bit operating system. At this situation you may get error message like this "Windows cannot connect to the printer Operation failed with error 0x0000007e".

But there is an alternate way to add printer from 32 bit Windows to 64 bit Windows.
Start >> Devices and Printers >>
Then Add Printer with the help of IP address of 32 bit Windows computer.

It coudl be a printer driver issue. Please follow the steps below to fix the problem.
First, uninstall your existing print driver. On your computer, go to Start menu > Programs > Lexmark 6500 Series > Tools > Uninstall. After the uninstall process, reboot pc when prompted.
Second, visit the Lexmark website to download and re-install the Lexmark X6500 printer driver. Select your operating system > download > execute the file. Follow the instructions on your computer screen.
Lastly, after the re-install process, try to print again to verify that the problem is fixed.

You have to uninstall the current driver and reinstall with this Lexmark driver.

Press install the currect printer drivers and drivers path.after add the printer.

ur driver cd is not working . try downloading the driver from the net

Right Click om "My Computer" and select Properties | Advance Tab | Environment Variables.

Select Path Variable in the lower part of the box by clicking on it and add C:\Program Files\Utimaco\Safeguard Easy

Note: To insert ; (semi colon symbol) after the previous path

I 've lexmark printer z2320, and I've download softwer from internet, but after installed, not appear the driver of z2320 but z2300, i want to download the driver propely
