Stand table top pedestal

If you go on line and do a search " flat screen pedestal stands , you find many of them. The one pictured here is from the amazon site. If you want a table top stand, do the search for " table top flat screen stands" They are universal, so you just need to purchase one for a 42".

there are to many sites for this product and 95% of them dont sell the product i was looking for a tv base for the dp 32648 Sanyo should just sell this product in the store or make is easier to order this is crazy when you cant find a product in this day and age

You can get a TV stand at any electronic store close to you or you can call panasonic and order for a TV stand directly from them

The only solution to this problem would be to contact Sony directly and order a stand.

TVs are sold in the box with one single stand and the electronics stores don't receive extra stands to sell to customers. Ordering a stand from the manufacturer generally costs less than $100.

Removing the Pedestal Stand

1) Carefully lay the front of the unit face down on a flat,
cushioned surface such as a quilt or blanket. Leave the stand
protruding over the edge of the surface.

Note: Extreme care should always be used when removing
the pedestal stand to avoid damage to the LCD panel.

2) Remove the jack pack cover on the back of the TV to expose
the pedestal stand screws. The jack pack cover can be removed
without tools.

3) Remove the five screws shown in the diagram below. This will
allow removal of the pedestal stand.

4) Once you have removed all five screws holding the pedestal
stand in place, remove the pedestal stand from the TV by
sliding the pedestal stand away from the TV.
