Utility counter, details stop00 stop01. Counters. Has the drum been replaced? if not you reset the counter the machine will assume that a new drum is install and select the proper voltages for a new drum since the drum is not new? it might code and get poor image quality issues. Replace the developer with the drum. Machine uses the counters to determine setting in the machine, developer also has a counter. Does the front panel say replace PC drum? If so replace developer and drum and cleaning blade at the same time. You clear counters before pulling out the image unit. and you don't exit all the way out of service mode after clearing the counters you hit exit once the turn off main power, Rear left side. Once new drum and developer installed. RUN F8. Do not allow copies Prints or fax until F8 is run. Or start all over again.

This means that imaging unit of your photocopier machine should be replaced.its life is over now.
Have you had the developer and drum replaced or does the screen say Replace PC Drum? . Might want to have the developer replaced and drum/cleaning blade normally done all together, then run the F8 procedure and make sure the counters where cleared Did you recently replace the drum and the developer if so did you clear the counters for the drum and developer. IF not then the copier thinks the new drum and new developer are old. Copier works on the counters that how it know it got a new drum and developer. Get new develop and new drum and have it installed correctly, Counters are clear before the unit is yanked out of the machine, then you remove the image unit/drum unit replace the developer/drum and cleaning blade. (DO NOT USE AVACUUM CLEANER WHEN REPLACING THE DEVELOPER static electricity can destroy the sensor located below the developer unit. Then reinstall and RUN F8. Make sure the fax line and Ethernet cable is removed can't print anything until the F8 is run. Or you start over with new developer and new drum
