Error code 120 is scanner home position sensor problem. If it's a recurring problem, here are some troubleshooting tips:
SOLUTION:
Turn the main switch off and on.
Check the wires between Home Position sensor and the SBU.
Fix scanner board or the SBU .
Check the wires between scanner motor and the scanner I/O board
Fix the scanner motor.
Fix the Home Position sensor.
Fix pulley, timing belt, the scanner wire,
Fix the carriage.
Hi the error code 560 is for the BCU which is a control board for the machine it is not getting a signal from this unit...try this ...press the yellow clear button then enter 107 then hold down the stop/cancel button till the screen changes select copier sp then 5.mode use the arrows to select 810 sc reset execute this and turn machine off .. wait a few then turn back on, if the error was a slight missread it should work away but if the error comes back you may have to remove the back panel and check the connections mayb replace the board.. good luck A.
Sounds like you don't have a print or print/scan option in stalled. All machines come with network port but only works if option is intalled. You can check if you have the option installed, maybe just not activated. At the back just abouve the network port there is a cover that covers 2 sd card slots. If the is no sd card installed you will not be able to print to the machine. If the is a sd card installed contact me again and i will help with activation
Turn the machine on, and press clear modes, 1, 0 ,7, and press and hold the clear stop key. It will beep, and a menu will appear. Select copy SP (1), and then select data log (#7) scroll until you get to 7807 (sc/jam counter reset). select it, and press execute. exit all the way out, and recycle the power. If it comes to ready, it should be ok. If it happens again after that, there is a fuser problem of some sort.
