My Sanyo LCD TV model 32K40(L) when I on the power button its light up simountenously pictures and sounds has been observed, but in seconds of viewing the TV when to screen blackout and no sounds also but the power light indicator still lights on (yellow green light)indicating that there's still power. Then I shut off the power then on again..the same has been observed...I repeated more times..still same result. Can I ask help from you..thanks
I presume you are unable to activate the on screen menu after the picture goes, if you can then heat for setup or initial set up and factory reset and see if that clears the problem.
My guess would be it needs a service engineer to look at it there may be a faulty part which fails shortly after power up. If by Off it is just in standby then try pulling the plug out for an hour to let it cool down then if that works do a factory reset to clear any software problems.

Unplug it from the wall, wait 2 minutes and plug it back in. if problem still exists, its probably the main pcb.

Hi there! The panel may be in protection mode. The Inverter board is the most logical area to start after checking power supply Voltages.(5,6,24 and 13Volts). There may be coils on the Inverter Board which have bad soldering or faulty. Other than this it may be main board which controls switch on or off. If all else fails, refer to a repairer. HI, I haHe a Fujitsu Plasma HDTV Model PDS4233. The TV won't power ON, When i turn on the master power button the light starts flashing a red light repeatedly. I also observed that the Fans power up for about three seconds immediatly after i press the master power button, after the three seconds the fans shut OFF and the light continues to blink.. I haven't observed the light to see if there is a pattern with the blinking..
