Scrolling problem? My wacom tablet, which is going to be a year old on the 24th of December, has a weird problem when scrolling. It's happened before, and I've fixed it, but this time, it's not working. When I used the scrolling wheel in the center of the mouse, it'll go down (if I scroll down), but the go up. Vice versa when I try and scroll up.So, pretty much, it looks like the scrollbar is having a spazz. If I hold down the scroll wheel and scroll, I have no problem, also when I use the scroll line... thing on the tablet.I used to fix it by unplugging my tablet and re-plugging it.Now that doesn't work. I've tried to also clean out the mouse as best to my abillities as possible without taking it apart... And I don't have money to replace the mouse, although that seems like the last alternative.any ideas as to what, and how I could fix this without purchasing another mouse?

I ran into the same problem with the scrolling feature no longer working (although, my Intuos3 tablet is actually the 9x12). It was working great out of the box. I've had it for maybe over a month and then the scrolling feature on the mouse stopped working. Tried to restart the computer, but that didn't work. The only option on an uninstall is to uninstall the entire tablet (not just the mouse), so I haven't opted for that yet. I will try and unplug the USB and plug it in again to see if that works. I emailed WACOM tech support, but so far...haven't heard back from them. Let me know if anyone finds out a fix for this.

How to replace scrolling paper in hp d2360

Unplug usb, reinstall driver ,plug usb back. Or restart computer. I have the same annoying problem. It's the only solution i found.

It's nice having that kind of problem when clients are next to you, and you have to crawl under your desk to unplug the usb, and re-install everything. Makes it totally solvable.!

Hope they fix that problem with new drivers!!

I have a Veloxi tablet model TG9716 . When I boot up the screen shows Veloxi logo then goes onto screen showing the word android with a light scrolling across it. It will not go to welcome screen.

OK, just by doing a hard reset, your tablet should work, the problem is that I couldn't find any article where it explains on how to hard reset Veloxi TG9716.
But if the tablet have the capability to hard reset, you'll be good to go.

How to i get the touch screen working

The touch screen function is controlled by software and drivers. You'll need to start by making sure that you have the correct tablet software installed on your machine, and you may also need the correct WACOM drivers.

You can go here and download the software for your tablet and see if this works for you:

Where can i download sofware of gateway

For your tablet to function again, you'll need the WACOM tablet driver which is NOT provided by Gateway, since they do not manufacture the tablet themselves.

You'll need the following drivers from the GATEWAY site to fix your button issue:

9524572.exe - Gateway M275 Button driver, version 5.01.2600.2156

and from the WACOM site you'll need the Tablet PC driver.
-Go to www.Wacom.com
-Select your location and language on the right
-On the next page, choose downloads from the top navigation bar
-In Step 1 scroll down and pick Tablet PC
