I want to change the language settings on a samsung omnia i900 to english from italian
Go to Main Menu/settings/system/Regional Settings
Change the location here. If you have the problem still then try doing
the hard reset in the same location. Once the phone restarts, then
specify your region and language.
Do remember to backup your data before doing the hard reset. I hope it helps
