No sound on play back

The CD82 records sounds when recording a video but does not play them back. Transfer your video to a computer and play it there to hear the audio.

Sorry, but the ViviCam 3710 does not record any sound when in video mode. You can add a soundtrack using video-editing software on a computer, but you cannot record one on the camera.

everytime i record something and play it back. i can't hear any sound. maybe there is something i forget to set
