If your TV have sounds but no picture or image only white screen..

The possible problem is T-CON board..T-con board is the responsible for picture on LCD TV..

Please try to replaced it to get your TV back to normal operation...
For specific parts and easy find the it online kindly get the part # of the said board (part # is located on the board itself printed with sticker)..

search it online using that part #..

could be 1 of two things - tcon board or av board. I'd check th etcon board first though. I just replaced a tcon board that caused the screen to look like a picture negative.

Hello, I have exactly the same problem with the exact same TV, white screen for about 15 minutes and than image appears perfect as if nothing happened. I have asked an ebayer which sells TV parts and he suggested it could be a main board or tcon board. I am quiet hesitant to fix my tv, but if the tcon board would fix it, i'd go for it. Did You manage to solve the problem yet?

The white glow with no picture means that either the ribbon cable connection between the logic board and the monitor has come lose or dirty contacts, or the LCD Controller (T-CON) board (part of the LCD panel is not getting 5v or 12v depend on LCD panel from the logic board or the LCD controller board has blown fuse, see pictures here for guide (note pin on the LCD board with arrow mark is pin 1 and is the incoming DC power supply line): http://s807.photobucket.com/albums/yy352/budm/LCD%20panel/?action=view&current=DSCF0881.jpg
You may also want to look for bad caps (bulging top) on the logic board. There should be 5vdc feeding the logic board also.

Ur LCD inverter board is dead,replaced this board to get picture back.Tries Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com for the board part.White patch is a unknown,some kind dead LCD dead pixels.

People any lcd tv with a white screen cause by the T-con board if you have some experiences you can check with a multimeter the (smd) fuse on the T-con board it is right in de middel on top in the back of the tv. you might have to move some of the boards to get to it. if the fuse is broken replace it with another smd fuse otherwise relace the t-con.

It my be the gama board. It is hard to tell sometimes the logic board can be at fault.

A monochromatic subject is taken in B/W colors. When "White board" is selected, letters written on the white board are clearly read on the taken picture. The same is for "Black board". If letters are not clearly taken selecting "White board" or "Black board", use the exposure compensation.
