My i pad is stuck in sleep mode

Perform a hard reset: Press both the Power and Home buttons and hold them down. Keep holding both buttons down until you see the Apple logo appear on the screen. The logo should appear between ten and twenty seconds after you start holding the buttons. After the Apple logo appears, your iPhone or iPad will boot back up normally.
Charge your iPhone: Connect the iPhone to the iPhone's USB power adapter and let it charge for at least ten minutes.
Get iPhone into Recovery Mode: Turn off you iPhone and just plug the USB cable into computer > Hold the HOME button when you connect USB to iPhone > Release the HOME button when you see the iTunes logo.

How can i unlock my tablet, i forgot my password?

if it is an Android, you can purposely max out the attempts and log in using your google account info on most android devices. If it is an Apple iPad, you would need to connect to pc/mac and go into iTunes to reset the device. This can be done by plugging iPad in then holding the home and lock/power buttons until you see the "Connect To iTunes logo. This screen can be identified by the charging cable under an arrow pointing to the iTunes logo. the pc/mac will detect device in recovery mode and alert you that you need to restore the device before you can use it.

My ipad is stucked.

This tutorial will explain how to force your iPad to restart if it gets stuck or freezes up.
Forcing your iPad to restart will not cause any loss of data - with the possible exception of any work you were doing at the time the iPad and/or App froze, forcing you to restart it.

Click and hold down the Sleep/Wake button (located on the upper-right corner of your iPad). While you're holding down the Sleep/Wake button, hold down the Home button as well (located on the front of your iPad at the bottom). Hold down both buttons until your iPad powers off. It will reboot and start again with a small silver Apple image on the screen. It takes about 30 seconds for the iPad completely start up.

How to restore ipad

If you are near an Apple store, take it to them. Most of them are very generous in helping users out with their issues; many times even when out of warranty. This will likely be your most efficient method in getting things straightened out.

You haven't given nearly enough information for specific ideas on what to do first. Is the iPad working when not plugged in to the computer? If not, what happens? Can you update your iPad via WiFi or 3G? There are many helpful websites that give you multiple ways of restoring your iPad, but unless we know exactly what is happening and what your end result should be, the best I can do is point you to:

IPad shows blank black screen & won't turn off ~ how do I fix?

Try reseting the iPad by holding the home and power buttons simultaneously until the iPad completely shuts down and the Apple logo appears.

Once the Apple logo appears you can release the buttons. If this does not work, you may need to connect your iPad to your computer and do a factory restore using iTunes.
