Sound but no picture when turned on

Hello!

This sounds like the monitor is either:

1. Plugged in wrong
2. Unplugged
3. The monitor has a bad cable or cable connector
4. The connector on the back of the case is broken

The way to test this is to check each of the problems listed above. Good luck!

MY VIEWSONIC PJ402D DLP PROJECTOR WILL ONLY DISPLAY IN BLACK AND WHITE.

Hello,
If you are connecting the projector to the signal source via S-VIDEO cable this not uncommon. It usually happens when one of the connectors or the cable is broken. Try a new or different cable. If problem persists examine the connectors on both end of the cable and the one in the projector as well as the one in the signal source(pc, laptop etc) to see if there is a hardware fault. If all is good then the problem is internal with the S-VIDEO connector. In that case your other option is to use VGA.
Have a good day, hope this helps.

Where can i find a cable for my HDTV (the kind that get screwed in)cables? its a Mitsubishi WT-46805

Hello sounds like the coaxial connector has come off or broken off the tuner, You can repair this problem using the old connector that broke off by taking out the tuner and resoldering the center pin back to the tuner board (provided the small tuner board is not cracked) and the out side of the connector to the tuner housing for ground. If you are just using or referring to a common coaxial cable to purchase, you can get these from everywhere Radio shack, Fry's etc. Also ur local cable company. If all else fails use the rca output jacks from the cable box if u have one and connect it to video input one on the back of the television, make sure you change you television input to video one if u decide to do it this way.

Toshiba laptop screen is flickering and showing different colors especially where green is showed on the screen

hello

This different color thing happen due to only loose connector, either at the LCD end or at the mother board end.

so if you have some experience with hardware you can open up and check the connectors and see if they have to be replaced or just need to fix properly.

Thank you

Cable input connector broken off

Usually the connector or at least a new connector can be put back on. If there is minor damage to the board, a tech can repair it in most cases.
