Is a 2200uf 10v cap better then a 1000uf 25v in a samsung tv with clicking problems and wont turn on
The word is than, so the phrase is "better than"
2200uF is fine, but wasted where only 1000uF is needed.
10v where 25v is required is a big problem. For DIY repair jobs where you are just replacing parts, never under spec the voltage of a capacitor. You can go a little higher, but never, ever go less.
If you want to put in a better part, choose a decent make such as Panasonic, and go for a 105 deg C Low ESR component.
