The default passcode (WEP etc...) is usually on the router. Hopefully he didn't change it.

Go to the face symbol at the top right of screen click on switch user and click on help. It should lead you through questions and then send you a link on your email so you can fix it.

Your title of the question says u lost your google user+pass? but the description talk about something else i notice, but to fix the google issue go to google to sign in then click FORGOT PASSWORD or USERNAME then u put in your email address and go from their, this will get you back into your google account, if the pad not working use another PC to do this. If the pad won't work google how to do system restore on ANDROID 10, or find the manual for your model and read how to do this. If you can get in i'd backup any important files first...save favourites/bookmarks if u need to or any profiles, as u may loose all apps and have to reinstall worst case...

Either try default factory reset or what is referred to as hard reset by holding/pressing both the
1. Volume up key/button and the power button/key (simultaneously)

Or
2. Volume down key/button and the power button/key together.

If unable to JumpStart the restore process this way, you may have to FLASH the stock ROM firmware then

You'll need to do a factory reset:
1. With the device off, press and hold Volume Up and Power.
2. Release the Power button when you see the logo, but continue to hold Volume Up until the recovery screen appears.
3. Use the Volume buttons to navigate the menu and select wipe data / factory reset. Press Home to choose the selection.
4. Press Volume Up continue.
This will reset you device to factory settings, however anything on your SD card will still remain.
At this point you will need to start fresh as if you just bought the device -- register with your email address, etc.

So if I understand you correctly you have attempted to access your Google account and after too many attempts you are locked out, correct?
Step 1. Goto http://www.google.com/ click on "Sign In"
Step 2. Click on "Can't access your account..."
Step 3. Follow the steps to restore your account, they are quite simple.
