Sec. 5. Legislative findings. The Illinois General Assembly finds that manufactured homes are a viable housing resource for many citizens in Illinois. The General Assembly also finds that improperly installed manufactured homes can impair the public health and safety. Therefore, it is in the public interest that manufactured homes are properly installed by responsible and qualified individuals.

Sec. 10. Guidelines for manufactured home installers.Within one year after the effective date of this Act, the Illinois Department of Public Health shall work with all interested parties to publish guidelines for persons who install manufactured homes in this State. Sec. 15. Accredited manufactured homes installer courses.Within one year after the effective date of this Act, the Illinois Department of Public Health shall work with all interested parties to propose rules for the accreditation of courses for persons installing manufactured homes in Illinois. The courses shall provide instruction on how to install a manufactured home to the specifications of the manufacturer, review the installer guidelines, and test the written and practical installation skills of the individual installer.

Sec. 20. Notice to buyers. A person selling a manufactured home one year after the effective date of this Act shall encourage the buyer of that home to use an installer who has successfully completed a manufactured home installer course accredited by the Illinois Department of Public Health. The seller shall also inform the buyer that failure to properly install the home may invalidate any implied or expressed warranties concerning the home.

use your xp home cd to format your hard disk by booting your system with the xp cd and then install your windows

just start installation then u will be asked which version do u want to install then select the vista home and click next.......installation does matter ur version ... the matter is ur activation key which define wts ur version.

No you can't downgrade once Vista business is installed, what i do recommend you do is when Vista business asks you for the product key, if you input "your" key for home basic it should theoretically install home basic for you as most of the install DVD's are multi installers (basic, premium, business and ultimate)

Go to Control Panel>Add or Remove Programs and look for the Office Trial. Click on "Remove", then try to install the new software.

(BTW, any other not wanted pre-installed software programs can be removed the same way.)
