Hello there....well its quite simple...it is a network restriction code .....to unlock the phone to any network you need to call the customer care of your original network provider (orange) ....just keep the model number of your IMEI handy ...this is a paid service and charges differ from network to network...it can be done locally in a mobile shop at less price...but its advisable to take help from Orange
that should solve the problem.....you will be able to use any sim in your phone of any service around the world
