To unlock ewallet account

Did you just forget your password for your account? You should have an email address link to your ewallet account. Enter it then, wait for the verification code that will be sent to you. Once you have received the verification code, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.

Can you assist me with a ***** case between Nedbank Corporate Saver and FNB? We are not satisfied with FNB's lack of involvement here. Thank you.

https://www.nedbank.co.za/content/nedbank/desktop/gt/en/aboutus/legal/*****-awareness/identity-theft.html
If you realise you've become a victim of identity theft, you must do the following immediately:
  • Report your stolen identity to Southern African ***** Prevention Services (SAFPS) on 0860 101 248 or at [email protected].
  • Register your identity number on the SAFPS register, which is checked regularly by banks and retailers before approving credit in your name.
  • Report the theft to the South African Police Service (SAPS).
  • Notify all your creditors in writing of the theft.

What is FNB IBAN and address

Apparently not used in South Africa, if that is where you need it.

According to the web site below, suggest methods:

International transfer will require the following additional info ***:
SWIFT Code: FIRNZAJJ
IBAN #: South African banks do NOT use IBAN, if your bank insists, use recipient Account number.
Clearing Code (aka Universal branch code, routing code, or sort code): 250355 (don't use biccode)
Bank's details: Address: FNB, South Africa Telephone: 0860 11 22 44 / +27 (0)11 8031527
Recipient's details: Address: Box 340, Rheenendal, 6576; Tel: +27 (0)82 456 1338

*** Very costly for both parties
. Alternatively, if you have any friends or family in South Africa, ask them to do an internet payment on your behalf.

Notification Error

make a backup of all files and contacts, because if you have removed the software and still get ewallet popping up you will have to do a factory reset. To do this go to start>settings>system>clear storage and then type in the password normally default 1234 and press yes if you want to lose all data and revert to factory settings.
