Hi Betty, if you are still having trouble try deleting F/B from the App Store reboot the phone an install it back on. If not do a Factory Reset and start from scratch. Cheers Greg.

Betty, what account and what are you using to access it? Is it a web page or an app that you are trying to log into? Ensure you have proper upper/lower case and special characters. You can look at the password window and for a very short time see what you have typed. Most of the time it's just fat fingers (getting the wrong character on a small keyboard), so to speak.

If another account comes up, log out of it by clicking the little down arrow in the upper-right then clicking "Log Out."

If you then still can't log in to your account, click the "Forgot your password?" link located just below the password box on the login page.

Log in to your account on what/where? You obviously managed to log in to your account on FixYa.

hi betty, since you haven't recieved your tees, & you've email them, then here's what I suggest
go to paypal & login to your account
& either use the help section to find the resolution center or
look under accounts & you'll see the word overview across to the right you'll see the resolution center, just click on the tab & start a dispute about items not recieved
I've had to do disputes several time & got results

you may try reset the Password use the forget Password or User name action and change the password

Some programs leave behind certain files when removed. You will need to remove them manually from programs in the the C drive. Go to filehippo.com and download CCleaner, this will help. CCleaner is a program that remove items that are not used or needed, and helps your computer to run smoother and faster. so, what you're going to do is; delete any program files retaining to Cook'n Betty Crocker, download CCleaner and do a regular clean and a registry clean, then do a search for Cook'n Betty Crocker from the start menu to see if anything remains.(search all files and folders) If the search finds anything then write down the path to find it and delete it manually, then run CCleaner again. Now you're ready to reinstall. If you have any problems or the same problem after reinstalling, then the disc may be corrupt and request a new one.
