SOURCE: Stack overflow at line 194
I need to stop this error message from coming up and am afraid to do the heavy changes to the registry that have been mentioned in other places. Can this be fixed automatically by running another program? I also have the error message regarding security asking for permission to open a less secure widow in a secure surrounfing. Changing Security settings doesn't cause any notable difference even after rebooting..It only happens with internet browsing and when a window is first opened (each time). If directions are simple enough, I can make changes to the registry but 3 pages worth is a bit intimidating. Help. Tom.
What is a stack overflow?
In
software, a stack overflow occurs when too much memory is used on the
call stack. The call stack contains a limited amount of memory, often
determined at the start
of the program. The size of the call stack depends on many factors,
including the programming language, machine architecture,
multi-threading, and amount of available memory. When too much memory is
used on the call stack, the stack is said to overflow, typically
resulting in a program crash.(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stack_overflow)
