Under print settings make you have "collate" option checked. There are different ways to find this depending on which operating system you are using.

Depending on the printer, the setting is the collate versus non-collate mode. If you ask to collate 4 sets, you will get pages 123,123,123,123. Non colate would produce 1x4,2x4,3x4,4x4. Some printers require you to go into the print properties to find the setting for collate/non-collate mode.

It safes multiple copies before it prints. it takes about 30 minutes to print one page and when it finally finishes it has copies the print job multiple times. i checked all the settings and nothing seems...

If you are printing from newer versions of Adobe Acrobat (version 8 or newer) the standard memory on this printer is inadequate to provide reasonable print speeds. Try upgrading the printer memory, it will have one slot open on the mainboard to install memory in.

My HP printer is printing multiple copies of the same document every time I print. The only way to stop it is to cancel the printing job.

it sounds like in your printer driver, the number of copies is set to more than 1 page.

go to printer drivers, and look under printing preferences, and look for what themultiple copies are set to.

How do I use my printer as a duplex for making copies on both sides? Thanks Roxanne

The printer does not support duplex coping. If you want to do manual duplex copying, you can make a copy of the first page.
Then reinsert the paper upside down in the manual tray or paper tray, fil the page on the document feeder and make the back copy.
