I don´t have the manual of the board and the setup isn´t printed; the pc doesn´t start and I have proved the power source, the flopy disc, the dvd writer; the pc was brougth yesterday with the "not start problem" and I foud the power surce switched in "off", after switched in "on", it works but I found something extrange in the F1 setup, a plug of three terminals not conected and three pins free in two diferent positions; this morning, I tryed to start the pc but isn´t works and I believe tath is the setup of the front panel; I have disconected all the plugs but I don´t know how to setup it right.

In general when troubleshooting this type of problem minimise the amount of problems by removing any cards and or memory - whilst still allowing the machine to function. try reseating all memory and cards as well, as these can sometimes come loose during transit.
